Castello di Casole is a luxury Belmond hotel located in a 10th century, beautifully restored castle. Surrounded by a 4.200-acre domain of vineyards, olive gardens and forest – it is one of the largest privately owned estates in Italy. In fact, it is more than a castle – it has the vibe of an entire Tuscan village from the middle ages – making it a perfect venue for private events when renting the entire property.
Immersed within rolling hills of breathtaking Tuscan nature and featuring a rose garden with 6000 blooms of more than 50 rose species, Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, is an authentic farm estate that invites guests to live from the land. Approached along a winding road lined with statuesque cypress trees, the restored medieval castle offers a sanctuary in which to disconnect from modern-day living. Vineyard walks, cycling trails, stargazing and sustainable cooking classes are among the activities.
The magnificent vaulted spa, set in the former wine cellar, offers grape-inspired treatments. A serene infinity pool affords spellbinding vistas of the undulating hills.
