How we pre-premiered the new Amadeus Electric Quartet video at the vendor after-party of the coolest wedding of the season in Germany

Have I ever mentioned I used to model? I – as in me, myself and Irene. For an agency called Amadeus 😜 Well… ok, modelling is a bit of an exageration, as I never had the perfect measurements for that 😜 Anyway, main idea here: this model agency had Falco‘s „Rock Me Amadeus“ as their hymn. What else?! This, paired with my dream of moving to Vienna, developed into kind of a teenage obsession for Falco‘s songs and especially for this particular one. I knew this song by heart, my dreams at night had the rhythm of this song, as every single show and rehearsal we had at the agency started and ended with a catwalk on this one.

At some point I discovered the beautiful ladies at Amadeus Electric Quartet and have always admired their work – the beauty, the smiles, the divine crossover and their passion shining and sparkling all over, lighting up any room they are in! This August, we had the honor to work with them on our most special wedding ever (we‘ll be back with several posts about that, as I am not sure how I can ever describe that in words, and definitely impossible to describe in one single blog post).

We spent three days together at the amazing Burg Schlitz, in Northern Germany, as part of the 110+ vendor team that made this fabulous, one-of-a-kind-never-seen-before type of wedding. Imagine the #joyoftheplanner when all these people worked together, just like a perfectly cohesive team that had been doing this with the same crew for years😍

The crowning of it all? The „vendor after-party“, right after the last event, when all the pressure of 4 full work days was gone and satisfaction and gratitude had settled in. The evening culminated with this preview of the new Amadeus video, on a huge screen, and the sound filling the woods! I mean… „goose bumps“ doesn‘t even begin to describe it: the masks, the black and white mystery, this fresh and daring approach to this song, and the standing ovations in our – small, but powerful – audience ❤️ Priceless!
