Austrian countryside wedding in Burgenland
Church: Basilika Maria Loretto
Cocktail venue: Gasthof Graf, Loretto
Dinner venue: Hotel Restaurant Muhr, Gallbrunn
Wedding Design & Styling: Cup of Roses
Bridal Bouquet & Boutonniere: Blütenzeit
I am very fond of this wedding, since it came up with many challenges during the planning phase - like the location closing up two months before one of the most wanted wedding dates of 2014 (June 14th, of course). This wedding also marked the beginning of a friendship and it was one day before my own first wedding anniversary. Which means… my husband and I celebrated on the next day by collecting my decoration items from the wedding venue.
Religious wedding ceremony at Basilica Maria Loretto
The religious ceremony took place in the basilica Maria Loretto - a wonderful service accompanied by the powerful voice of the bride’s cousins. Ingrid wore a wonderful Pronovias dress made of satin and lace, from Brautsalon Flossmann.
Ingrid and Herman got married in the beautiful Basilica Maria Loretto and enjoyed a small wedding reception at Landgasthof Muhr, in Burgenland, just about 40 km away from Vienna, Austria. A collaboration of three Viennese top wedding planners: High Emotion Weddings, Wedding Angel and Eventplanerin, and having the yellow calla lilly as a central point of the wedding design concept by event designer Cup of Roses.
First of all, many thanks to Angela Lindner from Wedding Angel - die hochzeitsagentur and Eventplanerin Barbara Pachner-Zinnauer for the wonderful collaboration and the Union of Professional Austrian Wedding Planners (VaöHP) for making so many beautiful collaborations possible.

Bridal photo shooting in Marienthal
The groom’s grandparents had participated in the Marienthal study, so a part of the wedding photo shooting took place there and a special corner of the wedding venue was dedicated to this topic.
